Employers:

• 4:00 - 5:30 Resume Review - Each company is provided with ALL pre-registered jobseekers resumes. (Snacks and Beverages will be provided.)

Jobseekers:

• 5:45 - 6:00 Doors Open
• 6:15 - 6:45 Employer Showcase

Each company is allowed 3 minutes to talk about their company and benefits of employment. We strictly enforce the 3 minute rule to keep on schedule.

• 6:45 - 8:30 Open Forum

By conducting the event in the evening, we draw a better candidate. Typically, 40% or more of our candidates are already employed. Recruiting events held during the day eliminate those candidates. Additionally, in many cases, the best candidates are those whom are already employed.
