The CareerAdvance™ Sales Forum is a unique opportunity for jobseekers and employers to meet one another.
Always held in an upscale facility, attendees find themselves in an upbeat and energetic atmosphere.
Complimentary workshops are offered for both the jobseeker and hiring company.
Jobseekers are prescreened and invited to the event based upon the skills they offer to the market.
Only the best companies are selected and invited to the events based upon qualifying criteria.
Here is how the CareerAdvance™Sales Forum works:
Typically, our events are in the evening. We know our jobseekers are busy and many times they are
currently employed. The Adire Group wants to accommodate all jobseekers.
Employers:
- 4:00 - 5:30 Resume Review - Each company is provided with ALL pre-registered jobseekers resumes. (Snacks and Beverages will be provided.)
Jobseekers:
- 5:45 - 6:00 Doors Open
- 6:15 - 6:45 Employer Showcase
Each company is allowed 3 minutes to talk about their company and benefits of employment.
We strictly enforce the 3 minute rule to keep on schedule.
Jobseekers will be greeted by Adire Group hosts and made to feel comfortable and welcome.
Furthermore, because each guest is pre-screened, The Adire Group event team will work hard to insure
that each jobseeker is directed to companies that best fit their skill set.
